Team training for healthcare professionals
Heavy workloads. Stress. Aggression. Learn to stay calm, communicate clearly
and trust each other when the pressure rises.
Workload, stress and resilience
A busy shift. An absent colleague. A conversation that escalates. How do you stay calm and connected? Commandos train to maintain perspective, communicate clearly and act together under pressure. We translate that experience into your healthcare practice.
Team Wit is our one-day team training for healthcare professionals, developed with surgeon Dr Robert Jan Kroeze and experienced special forces medics. Guided by former commandos, you practise managing stress, setting boundaries and making decisions together. In a safe learning environment that respects your limits.

For leadership and crisis teams
Cyber Security Day
Executives and managers practise responding to phishing, a data breach and decisions under pressure. Cyber resilience concerns the entire organisation.
A cyberattack. Physical sabotage. Systems failing while care must continue. How does your organisation keep acting when several disruptions happen at once?
A separate training for leadership, crisis teams and security officers. Practise responding to realistic threats to your organisation’s continuity.
Discuss your resilienceGreen On in practice
We also put special forces principles into practice within a large organisation. We bring that experience to our healthcare training: how do you organise collaboration, keep decision-making simple and give professionals room to act? The bestseller Green On describes the five principles: collaboration, flow, simplicity, trust and adaptability.
